Had an old metal box that had old fashioned key., nothing fit. Chuck opened it quickly without destroying the box! Also had some suggestions as to what and where to take the “old paper money” that was in side. Really great service. Thanks so much

Called Chuck's due to me being locked out of my safe at work. Not only did he show up as fast as he said he would, but he was also extremely professional. A+ Chuck!! He picked away at the lock only having to return to his truck a few times for tools. Once he opened the safe and let me know what the problem was (BATTERIES) he went back to his truck to see if he himself has extra batteries that I could have. Talk about going ABOVE and BEYOND the CALL of DUTY!! You've got my business anytime CHUCK!!

We aren’t from the area and locked our keys in the trunk of our rental car. Chuck was out there quickly, exactly when he said he would be, and stuck with his very reasonable original estimate, even though I suspect it may have required a little more work than he originally expected. Really appreciate his competence and professionalism.
