I, too, had multiple copies of a key made and not 1 of them worked. The cost per key is OBSCENE. $10 for 1 basic, brass key!? Customer service was great; they provided me a full refund AND a voucher to cover the quantity of keys I had made. I then tried the Kiosk at Kmart in Westwood - none of those copies worked either. Avoid these machines at all costs; they just don't work and are an absolute ripoff. Go to Marsala Hardware for 1/5th the cost. They got it right on the first time, as did Home Depot.

spent $20 on 3 keys and received 3 uncut keys. Called customer service to get a refund, then went to another kiosk nearby, only to spend another $20 on 3 more uncut keys. makes me feel like these kiosks are super sketchy.. will never return to keyme.
