We don't get the chance to use self serve key copying often....these copies were very well done...use is smooth, no burrs in the metal, and nice key designs. Also the buy two get a brass key free deal was a great money saver for us!

I simply was going to leave a 5 star w/no review. But before doing that, I did read some of the reviews posted and believe I might be the reason for an ugly review left regarding Saturday morning, April 17 2021. In a panic I called for a Locksmith Saturday morning for emergency help. The Locksmith apologized saying he has no one available until a later time in the day. Once I shared what my emergency was, he said not to worry and will be right there. Thank you again for saving mine and my Family's day. We definitely appreciate you, thank you.

Worst customer service experience. Says open at 8. No one there at 8:15. Called and spoke with someone with additude and lame excuses. Should of been handled better. Ill just go somewhere else. Good job!
