Called on the run about taking the lock off my hitch because I misplaced the key. Came to the shop and Billy came out and promptly took the look off and attempted to re-key. Told him not to worry about it it as it would likely cost me more than a new lock. He agreed. Now, will he was working, I chatted him up and found him to be friendly. He even told me about his background - gosh I wish I was a locksmith. Anyhow, he is locked down town Winter Garden towards Dillard so getting in and out is easy. He runs a full service locksmith shop and even sells gun safes and accessories. I will continue to support his business so long as I receive this same stellar customer service and I no reason to believe otherwise. Stop in!

Don't get keys made here. I drove 20 miles to get a copy of my RV door key copied. When I got back the key wouldn't even fit in my door more than a quarter inch. What a waste of time and gas. They obviously used the wrong blank. Very disappointing
