I spoke with the dispatch Cathy. I explained that I needed to have the ignition rekeyed as the previous locksmith informed me this was the issue. When the technician arrived I explained the issue again. He said he had not been told this was the issue. I called Cathy back. As I’m trying to explain to her the issue he cuts me off several times without hearing me out. I ask her to refrain from interjecting. She doesn’t. Finally she says I can speak and I explain the issue again a bd that I was being quoted a price almost $100 more than she quoted me. Is he said I never told her anything any that “apparently I must have spoken to some other locksmith” not her and I know I only spoke with 2. Hers and the previous one who told me the issue. She hung up on me and said we got disconnected. I tried to call back and explain again. She was still telling me I said nothing to her and that she assumed it would be a door key. Which I specified it was not. She’s yelling over me and I’m telling her this is not professional. She hangs up in my face, calls the technician and tells him to leave apparently because he packed up and left without saying a word. This is why black people don’t patronize their own. All she had to do was own up got the miscommunication and I would have gladly paid. But to argue me down and have someone in my car and leave without speaking is very unprofessional. I had no issue with him. Just her attitude incompetence and lack of regard for the situation. Mind you she left me stranded with a sick 7 month old and 5 year old in the house. I swear it’s your own people who will give the worst service and expect you to be hospitable. I’m reporting to BBB and all state and federal organizations that apply. Do not call them. They are deceptive and unprofessional.
