I tried to use the App and I had 3 employees from Lowes all trying to get the digital key to work from my App. We did it 8 times and it wouldn't connect after putting it in the code on the kiosk. Finally after the 8th time of doing the exact same thing it worked. I have had the same issue the last two times I purchased the keys, but those times I gave up and just scanned the key. Great concept, but really hit and miss with connections. So if you have an extra 30 minutes to get a key made I would use them, but if you don't just get the keys made the old fashion way, which is less expensive anyway.
