I called the McLean Locksmith because I needed to consult on some options for urgent re-key and repair of locks. The company representative gave professional and super useful advice and they offered the most cost-efficient option for me. I was flattered by the customer-friendly approach. They arrived on my preferred date and time to re-key the locks of my house and were super-fast and super professional. I have already recommended tihs company to my friends and will continue doing so. And they follow all the CDC guidelines.

Used Multiple Times and was unable to copy a basic door key, was issued a refund and it has yet to post on my credit card statement. It's fast and convenient but didn't work on either key I was issued.

I was able to get one of two keys processed. The other one I went to Home Depot and I was upset as it was $7.00 cheaper had I went to Home Depot to do the first key. I could have had both keys cut for $ 4.76. Sometimes the easy way out does not always pay.

Really crappy self service MACHINE. An Automated Machine which was not able to duplicate my key. It says "We are adding new key duplication capabilities to our Machine". A complete waste of trip to Wal Mart.

$3 each key. Great! I only wished you could do 2 keys in one transaction but it’s okay. It’s fast and easy.

This kiosk key cutting machine was unable to copy any of the three different brands of keys I needed. It might only copy very common keys like Kwikset and Schlage. This machine is misrepresented as a locksmith.
