You folks had the equipment to make an unusual uncommon key. Works perfectly. Thanks

I did the kiosk thing at our local bed bath & beyond. The special was buy 2 keys get the 3rd for free. It took 1 week to get them which was ok with me untill I opened the package & it had 2 keys that were cut ok & the 3rd key was just a blank?? They did refund me back but only $6. & some change??? It costs me lil over $21.00 so I think they should have refunded me back at least 1/2 of what it costs me to deal with your company. That way pay for 1 & gotten the other for free. Why is it that it was the FREE key that got credited to my card??? Don't think that was too fair.. Jay Silver

Price Gouging - My key broke off in the lock of the front door at a property, not my house. So I made an appt. for KeyMe Locksmiths to come out in a couple days. Not urgent. I was told that the fee to come out was $30, okay, not great, but understandable. And that once the locksmith got there and assessed the job, he'd give a quote before starting work, again okay. He assessed it at $180.00. Figured that meant he'd have to take the whole doorknob off and take it apart to get the half a key out of the lock. Not so, in 2 seconds, maybe less, he sprayed the lock with WD-40 and plucked it out with needle nose pliers. I could have done it myself! And had to pay $180! Be sure to ask exactly what the job entails before agreeing to pay for the service.

Pretty good key copy experience except they couldn’t copy the main key I needed but they do a lot. I didn’t know they could copy key fobs as well which is a plus! I also got discounts during my transaction which were sent straight to my phone, hopefully they add more keys soon
