I was a little skeptical when i saw a kiosk instead of a person who was going to make my keys. i put the first key in the slot and away the machine went. At the end of this process I was given 6 or so selections of the style of key I would prefer. A minute or so later I had a key in my hand. I then put in the second key and was prompted i will get my 3rd key for nothing, I ended up making three different keys, 2 house keys for 2 different locks and 1 padlock key. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

none of my keys worked. why 4 stars then? because i emailed the company and support got back to me within minutes and refunded my money. I'm sorry but in this day and age where everyone's excuse is "due to covid" or "we are experiencing higher than usual call volume", handling an issue in a timely manner is still a positive experience. Sad but true

This guy wasn't able to program a new key fob but still charged me $75 for trying (after quoting $60 over the phone). He told me the fob was defective (brand new genuine Nissan OEM fob). I took it to a Nissan dealership and they programmed it without any problem. With confirmation that the fob was not defective, I asked if he'd consider a refund and he gave me $25 of the $75 back.
