I was a little skeptical when i saw a kiosk instead of a person who was going to make my keys. i put the first key in the slot and away the machine went. At the end of this process I was given 6 or so selections of the style of key I would prefer. A minute or so later I had a key in my hand. I then put in the second key and was prompted i will get my 3rd key for nothing, I ended up making three different keys, 2 house keys for 2 different locks and 1 padlock key. It was actually an enjoyable experience.

none of my keys worked. why 4 stars then? because i emailed the company and support got back to me within minutes and refunded my money. I'm sorry but in this day and age where everyone's excuse is "due to covid" or "we are experiencing higher than usual call volume", handling an issue in a timely manner is still a positive experience. Sad but true

Very easy and convenient to use kiosk for making copies of keys. Plus, knowing I can get a replacement using my finger print if I loose my key, I awesome!

Best place for Hardware in the city of Fond du Lac it may not be the biggest box in the world but they've almost always got what you need for taking care of your home prices are what you'd expect 10 15% over Menards but the help you get 50% better than Menards or Home Depot or Lowe's

I absolutely enjoy this hardware store! The people are friendly and you get that warm/ local hardware store feeling. They always have what I'm looking for. Even if the season is about to end they still have it. Unlike big box stores where they remove items from the shelves to make room for Christmas the day after labor day.
