Called them to set up service over the weekend June 26th, 2021, they were unable to come out the same day because the fob needed to be ordered, which was ok. I was told the new fob could come between Monday June 28 & June 29th and I would get a call from the lock smith with an update. Monday came, no call, which is still ok because of the quoted time frame. Tuesday comes, still no call. So then I am a little concerned, it is after 3pm and no one has called or shown up for the job. So, I called Keyme to get an update and was told they will call me back with an update. At around 4:30pm I get a text message stating my order has been cancelled. I called keyme back and was reassured the order wasn’t cancelled, and that the locksmith assigned to me will reach out once he pulled over to the nearest gas station. The night went on and no call back or update from anyone. I get an email Wednesday morning stating the order has been cancelled. I call the number provided on the email, and the gentleman tells me to hold while he reaches out to the locksmith, and he had me on hold for about 25 minutes at this point. I continued to hold on my phone,and used my husbands phone to call the help line for Keyme and speak to someone, the first time I was rerouted, then hung up on because I asked the gentleman to call the locksmith to see if the key fob had been ordered. I called back and spoke to Amanda (mind you I am still on hold on the other phone for the helpdesk), I explained the situation and requested to speak to a manager, she didn’t transfer me to a manager, but stated she escalated the situation to management and they would call me back. Well here we are Thursday and still no progress. All I wanted to know is if the locksmith ordered the key. If he ordered they key already, it makes no sense for me to call around to other places for the same key they will have to order too. I could just wait for the key he ordered to come in. However, this company Keyme and the locksmith they assigned me to need to be held accountable for adequately communicating with their consumers. A little bit of communication can go a long way, especially keeping your customers up to date when the status of a service or product will be delayed. In the future I will never use your service again. I will not refer anyone I care about or know to utilize your services. What you offer looks and sounds great on your website, but the actual functionality of the service believed to be provided is poor. It is a disappointment to me, and has wasted my time, when I could have been searching for someone else to execute the job your business has so poorly attempted to satisfy. I hope you guys do better for the next customer. If you are reading this, do not conduct business with this company or their affiliates. Oh and I was on hold for about a little over 1hour and 30minutes

Great service! I was locked out of my residence and Bulldog Locksmith & Security showed up, assured me they could get in, and picked the lock in less than a minute. I highly recommend them, these guys are the real deal. Thank you!

I only trust very FEW companies to tow my vehicles. ESPECIALLY MY ANTIQUE CORVETTE. I was VERY impressed with the way Terek & Don were able to transport my baby. AKA: My Corvette. They were also very careful, caring, and also some overall awesome guys. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Watauga, Nrh, Keller or anywhere in the DFW area altogether!

My vehicle was stuck on side of road and was not starting. Platinum tried to jump us off AND provide fuel at no extra cost just to help! Ultimately I had to get a tow to a local mechanic shop. I stay in the Watauga/North Richland Hills area and I will no longer use anybody else other than Platinum towing and roadside! They were very polite and I could tell they care about helping others!

Platinum was quick and very fairly priced. Definitely recommend for any towing needs. Thet even recommended a good mechanic shop to take it to, which also got me a discount a the shop for Platinum taking me.
