I went in to get a new vehicle key made and both keys I were given didn’t work. I was told it was my fault for giving incorrect key code when key code was in fact correct. Was told to look up on YouTube to remove trunk lock of car even though I was going through this extra ordeal due to their negligence. Still haven’t received my refund either. Awful business.

Please come here and don't go to Anytime Lock & Safe over by Fred Meyer. Kitsap Key fixed what Anytime screwed up 3 or 4 times. Very knowledgeable and great for new Ignition keys that work! Thank you KK&B!
