High-ranking service! The phone was answered before the first ring. They were able to replicate a key that was unable to be made at a few other places. I called and nobody answered. When I got the answering machine, it told me a different number (than the one listed on Google) wasn't available. I didn't get it, so I didn't push any further. Edit to Apex response: 1 star, because there is no option for feeling indifferent. I simply explained my experience. 🤷‍♀️ The reason I called, is because it was almost 8pm, my daughter had locked my bedroom door, before closing it behind her. It requires an actual key to unlock it, which happened to be inside of my bedroom. My old cat was locked in there as well, meowing to get out. I couldn't wait until the next day, so leaving a message on an answering machine connected to a different number than advertised(my lack of understanding) and risking not being called back before it was too late was not an option at that moment. I wasn't mad about it, I was just in a hurry.
