They never showed up! My front door swung shut just after I arrived home from a fire evacuation. They said they would be over to my house by 9:10 pm. They did not show up. After walking a mile to town twice, borrowing businesses phones (mine was locked in my house) they told me they would now show up the next morning at 8am. They did not show. I slept in my car in my ice cold garage and the next morning called Bills Lock, who promptly came over. I would give a negative rating, if possible. I have reported them to the BBB.

Actually, the keys didn't work after trying it two times; however, the customer service was excellent. The Representatives were very polite and helpful and there was no problem with refunding me as the keys didn't work. They said it may have been a scanning issue. Anyways, the customer service was excellent.

The worst. They're a call center that routes you to a locksmith in your area. Mine was routed to the wrong location so I was never able to talk to anyone.

Someone gave me a copy of their key, made at the Safeway kiosk. And it is useless. It resembles the correct shape but will NOT lock or unlock the door
