Pl don’t approach this company at all. What they quote on the phone is completely different from what they charge. There was an issue with the knob of my door and I was locked outside. When I this company, they estimated any where between $29 to $170. The technician came and demanded $250 + $29. When I referred to the discussion I had on the phone, he said it is a complex lock and would take longer time to open. Finally agreed to do at $230 and to my surprise it took 30 secs to open the door. Not sure why he needs to lie to me first on the quote and then effort involved. Moreover, the technician was very rude. I suggest you all not to use this company at all

My daughter locked herself out, called this company, arrived late for the supposed time, and was charged over$200 to get the lock opened( took the whole lock out, leaving the big hole), not replacing the lock, only for opening the lock, simple knob lock, not a complicated lock. Used other company before, include the replacing lock, cost less than $200. I will never use this company again!!!

My teenager locked himself out. Since I wasn't available at the time, I asked him to call locksmith. Estimated price was between $80 to $100 to open flimsy bottom lock that can be easily picked. The person from this company was unexperienced and unprofessional. Showed up later estimated time (not during traffic hours), was unable to open the easiest lock, proceeded to drill the lock and charged (unexperienced) teenager $322. For comparison, brand new door costs $220. It took me 2 minutes to change the set of locks (top and bottom). I called the number of the person that responded to the service call. He didn't identify as locksmith. His first words were "what's the problem?" When I asked, if he responded to the service call on 4/24/21, he hanged up the phone. Multiple attempts to speak to him were unsuccessful. We called the company and gave them every chance to resolve the extreme overcharges. After a week of daily calls, they only reimbursed $115, which is still $107 more of what they told us it’s going to cost. If you are looking for lack of experience, professionalism, customer service and want to be “robbed” out of your money by triple charges for easiest lock, this is the company for that. If you want to teach your teen about lack of integrity and dishonest business practices, this is the company for that. If that’s not your goals, I strongly suggest to look for the services elsewhere.

This is just a machine in the store Bed Bath and Beyond. It is not a locksmith service. I was there to get the key for my storm door lock and it can't do anything. This just duplicates any existing keys. What if I don't have any key. Also, seemed expensive than home depot and Walmart.
