Outstanding experience. Ryan was puntul and finished up earlier than anticipated. He also noticed one door assembly sticking and lubricated. The he noticed one dead bolt not working correctly and corrected this issue as well. Very professional and courteous. TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.
