They are not even locksmiths!! they use the kiosks to subcontract jobs and get a foothold in the locksmith industry. They could not even find someone to service me so I had to call a real locksmith! Total scam!

TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.

Needed a replacement house key. Used one of their automated key copying machines. Took a couple more minutes than expected, but it worked out. Key works fine.

I was a bit skeptical of having an machine scan and copy the keys, since there are many variables when copying the key and not a live person that is tracking and tracing the key. But I followed the instructions picked a design and made thr duplicate key. It was cut exact and worked first try on my door.
