TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.

These guys are super awesome!! I was doing some maintenance on my family's condo, and the front door locks were not working properly. I saw them working on another unit and I asked if he could take a look at my locks. It took no time at all for the servicemen to figure out what the problem was and he took care of the lock issue immediately. They were really efficient and super friendly. I would absolutely have them work on all of my lock problems.

Outstanding experience. Ryan was puntul and finished up earlier than anticipated. He also noticed one door assembly sticking and lubricated. The he noticed one dead bolt not working correctly and corrected this issue as well. Very professional and courteous. Put in a brand new entry way keypad that was not only done perfectly but he went out and selected a beautiful piece of hardware. I was locked out of my house and I have to knock on my neighbors house in order to call my husband so he could call someone. It was a no brainer for him after seeing the great reviews he called the number at around 9pm. He was told it would be 30 minutes before he could get there so I waited outside and to my surprise within 10-15 minutes he had arrived. He was so quick and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
