TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.

Well, I paid for two keys. Then I was supposed to get the third one free. The key was made but it never kicked out. So I felt cheated.
