If I could give this place zero stars I would! We Have been calling them for over a month to get keys made. Each time he tells us to call back at whatever time so we can come out and get them made and then doesn’t return calls or reach back out. Stop setting up times with customers and then ignoring them that is absolutely unprofessional and you should not be running a business. If you want something done you’re better off calling somebody else this guy is a joke.
biblical disaster
This couple was a delight to meet today! They were very kind and didn't make any part of the process awkward. They were on time and quick with disassembling, repairing, and reinstalling my ignition. All questions that I had were answered along with a nice conversation. They were very professional and my steering column had NO damages ( scratches gouges stripped screws etc...) due to the work they performed. I would highly recommend and use them again! Overall fantastic service!

Had such a great experience with A1 Lock & Safe. They were able to come out quickly on short notice and re-key 3 of our doors, as well as correct the way one of the doors was closing. Very professional, good value and quality of their work. Good people, definitely recommend, and will use them again in the future!

I came home at 10 pm on a Friday to find myself locked out after we had some work done in our home during the day. The other places I called wouldn't come out until the next day. I called A-1 and instead of charging me to come out and get my door unlocked, he talked me through how to jimmy the lock and was able to get me into my house. Genuinely kind and helpful folks!!
