I am utterly appalled at the level of disrespect and awful customer service. The representative on the phone continuously hung up the phone and was very rude which was uncalled for. If you cannot even get decent customer service on the phone, imagine how mediocre their service would be.

The tech arrived a few minutes early and called to advise he was on-site, mentioned to take my time as he saw we were very busy at the moment. Soon after, he walked me through the game plan and made some solid and sensible suggestions that actually saved us a few bucks.
