It is likely the best place to get a key made that works and at a fair price. Because they are knowledgeable they often do not like to make a key without the lock present, which in many cases is unfeasible. I wanted an extra car key made and they needed the car there. They aren't the friendliest staff but they don't have to be.

Everyone there is polite but being an african american male. I felt rushed out and unaccommodated. Later i found out they gave me 2 different copys of the same key! They clearly dont look the same. Neither worked to turn on my car. So the service was useless. Not sure what to think. Im dissapointed and i dont have inexhaustible funds

They were able to fix a very unique issue related to a lock on a battery powered bike after less than an hour of hard work and problem solving.

These guys are awesome. Needed a couple of spare keys for my Ford e350. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Keys work perfectly and were very cheap. Will always go back to these guys.
