Awesome place to get key duplicates. Any other place I went didn't have the key or made the wrong copy. At cousins kiosk, not only they had the appropriate key, but they made 3 copies in less than 3 minutes (all of them working perfectly). Very professional. From now on, this is the place for any key duplicates. Very pleased.

I cannot recommend Angelo highly enough! I swanned in needing something engraved with stupidly little notice and he kindly accommodated me, which I'm so very grateful for. The engraving itself was perfectly done and exactly what I was after. The friendliest service in town tooo. Go see Angelo in the cutest little key cutting kiosk. You won't regret it!

I had a bad experience with a sales person called Liam at the Orinda store on Apr 6, 2020. I saw a watch battery on True Value's website for $3.99 and went down to pick it up. The store's price was $4.79 which puzzled me. I tried to reconcile the pricing with the cashier, Julianne and asked a few questions. An option was to order the product but wasn't arrive if I order online and pickup at the store. Liam was annoying and said I should just go buy from somewhere else if I didn't like the price. So much for supporting our local stores. Liam should not be on the front line if he has an attitude. Julianne, to her credit, was a little taken aback by his comments. She's nice but can't say the same for Liam. His comments was totally uncalled for...

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF COME TO THIS PLACE! Went in to buy a torque wrench. The price was $89.99 in store and after tax was $97.24. I was shocked to find the exact same wrench online for $30! It's $67 more than the wrench online. A complete rip off do not come to this place.

I have spent a fair amount of money here. It is close to a couple of clients. Their staff, mostly young people know practically nothing about construction. They are also not the friendliest staff . The store engages in price gouging and has a mediocre selection of product. One person gave me the wrong price for a product and when I went to purchase and saw the difference I chose not to go through with the sale. Unfortunately it had already been rung up so they had to refund the amount. Of course the original sale was immediately taken from my account but the return takes more than 3 days. Other than convenience there is no reason to shop here.
