The woman who works here was super friendly and quick with the copying. The price is affordable and I would so much rather support a local small business over one of these corporate joints. Will definitely be getting all my keys copied here from now on and you should too!

I thought it was a cool service but they were not able to find the key blank I needed. It was a weird key from Italy and didn't expect it found. I would use the kiosk again for a regular key.

The keys did not work well (I may not have inserted mine into the slot correctly) but when I mentioned it I was given an immediate refund.

I had made three sets of regular keys and a FOB key. The FOB key worked for my building door and my elevator, but not my apartment door. Close, but no cigar! Otherwise, fantastic quality despite being very expensive.
