They explained all my options to me, helpfully walked me through the process of what they could do, and even gave me a great deal on the service. They did the job in under 3 hours same day and my phone was working good as new afterword. I’m glad to have work done so quickly and kindly.

Needed a watch battery installed...Fred Meyer Jewelry dept said $20 if they could do it and I’d have to leave it with them for awhile so they could “figure it out” . I went to Bimart and they said $20 too, but couldn’t do it. Didn’t know Batteries Plus in Corvallis even existed til someone told me, but they did it in 5 min and it was going to be $13.99 , but I opted for the $20 lifetime replacement service...I don’t know if his name is Dennis...but the guy who changed my watch battery was super helpful and based on the other employee deftly juggling different customers I’m guessing the whole team there is pretty awesome...lots of different services too , like screen repair for phones etc...
