My ignition lock cylinder was going bad, he fixed it for $350-450 the first time and they have a 90 day warranty, and exactly 90 days it went out again and he helped me again under warranty! If you ever lock yourself out of your house, this is the place to call! I called and they took my info and said a technician would be in contact with me soon. Within less than 10 minutes I got a call. Jesse said he would be able to be here within 10 minutes since he was in the area anyways. Super professional! Very friendly and he was able to help us out. Tristan was prompt, professional and so nice. I locked myself out of my house on a workday at 7am, with my work bags, but not my purse with my car and house keys in it. Thankfully, I had my cell phone. It was a huge relief to see him! He drove an hour from Salem to my location. Only took a few minutes. Thank you so much for being open 24/7. The operator was also great!

We live all the way out in Mill city Oregon. It's a good 40 miles or so from Salem. We called them up to try and help us since we don't have a local locksmith around here. It was no problem for them to send someone out to us. Triston arrived within an hour. He was so incredibly kind and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gentleman. Although he was unable to help us (the wrong key was put into our car and broke inside the ignition, we have a high-tech security lock that only dealerships can open.) He really gave it his all and tried for over an hour! He only charged us for the drive out here and gave us some referrals. Even though he couldn't help he left such a good impression on me that if in the future I ever need any kind of lock assistance they'll be the first company I call. Thank you J&L!
