From a disabled person's perspective, here is my review. 8 days ago I had to lock my house just as the ambulance scooped me up. No keys. After medical transport back home today, I saw the locksmith ready and waiting. He worked with the hospital and not only had me in my house and connected to oxygen, he tightened the door handle so when I steady myself that I do not fall. We were a "couple of minutes" (or more!) late to arrive to my home (going over bags of new medicine got us out the door late) and I expected an angry and impatient locksmith as meeting times were to have been coordinated. What I got was a huge smile and professional manner. Would I use this company again? In a heartbeat! (there's a pun in there)
