I called this locksmith 4:55 PM asking if I can come make a copy of my door key and he said yes even though they were closing at 5 PM! I got there just in time and he was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Very respectful and service is professional and welcoming. The store makes sure they are COVID safe for sure so no worries at all in regards to that!!! I'll make sure to recommend him to all my family and friends! Exceptional job!

I live in a condominium building that needed latch covers installed on the lobby doors due to recent criminal activity in the neighborhood of people popping open the lock to steal resident packages, property, etc. I called J.A.M. Allsafe & Secure. Jerry quickly assessed what needed to be done and customized the latch covers to match our existing lobby doors. I was so pleased with the work that was done I had Jerry add locks to my own condo apartment. He made honest suggestions on how he would further secure my home and the new additional locks look great!

sorry for this late review. this place was recommended to me. went here, told them the type of lock I have and to save me $, the owner said, its best for me to take the lock off my door and bring it in then for him to come out and charge me for a house call fee. I brought the lock out to him, looked at it, told me he had to take it apart to know exactly. the lock he re-keyed comes in 2 types. type 1 can be re-keyed on the spot, although a special type of key. type 2 can be re-keyed, but manufacturer would need to send out a specific piece or part, which means addt'l wait time. thankfully, it turned out to be type 1. thank you very much.

My dad has been using this place for years and I, myself, just had my first experience with JAM Allsafe & Secure. Based on the great level of service and friendly interaction I encountered, I would highly recommend them. Jerry at JAM Allsafe & Secure really knows what he's doing. After telling him what you're looking for, he will lay out all the options for you and even give you suggestions on how to save some money. I appreciate that he doesn't try to push you into services you aren't looking for. After telling him that I was going to take out and reinstall a lock myself, he gave me advice on the installation process for that particular lock (Mul-T-Lock MT5 mortise), which proved extremely helpful. If you're looking for a locksmith, look no further-- Jerry has what you need! Service is friendly and quick. If you're planning to visit, just make sure to call ahead in case they are out on an emergency call. (And try to get there in the morning if you don't want to wait!)
