Beau Locksmith Pros operates with unethical business practices. When calling to set up an appointment with the locksmith regarding my malfunctioning bike lock, there was no mention of price range. I found this to be strange. I ultimately decided to meet the locksmith at my bike's location anyway due to the urgency of the situation. He tells me that the cost of simply breaking the lock will be $200 which includes a $30 fee just for showing up. I tell him that the price is too steep, and he agrees to sell his services for $175. During his unsuccessful attempt at trying to cut the lock with bolt cutters, the key for my previously malfunctioning bike lock finally works -- my bike is freed. I thank the locksmith for his troubles and tell him that I won't be paying the full price because I fixed the lock myself. The man becomes irate and I begin to feel intimidated. He is much larger than me and it's starting to get dark. He demands that I pay the $175 for his inconsequential five minutes of work. I reluctantly pay him to avoid any potential trouble. I would have gladly paid him $30 for showing up, but there is absolutely no reason why I should have had to pay full price for an issue I solved myself. I recommend avoiding Beau Locksmith Pros at all cost.

I called Sunday night to get a price on having a key made because my daughter had lost the key to her car I was told it would be between 100 to $300 no more I gave him her number and they set a time to meet Monday September the 7th at 11:00 to have the car unlocked and key made he charged her $544 that was a regular key with no key fob she could not believe it but being a young female they took advantage of her I called the company back talk to a lady and was gave her the price that I was giving and she said that's just an estimate I said the man told me it would be no more than 300 she's aware that's just an estimate that we give the charge$29.29 for a service call $75.75 to open the car $220 for a key that you can buy for $5 and COD not sure what that was $80 to program the key $105 plus taxes on all of that which I didn't know you could do on non-merchandise was total of $544 a lady named Cheryl said she would have to talk to the technician and call me back after calling me back she said the prices were right I said this is just a total gimmick and rip off I do not recommend Karls locksmith to anyone after looking at the Google reviews he has had complaint He's had complaint with a better business bureau for the same thing I'm going through people like this need to be put out of business and I'm sure looking at the receipt it was just a receipt book with no name so probably the taxes they are collecting is going into their pocket it's not going to the state of Georgia. I didn't know you could charge taxes on a service call or unlocking a door or programming the key I thought it was just merchandise so all the taxes they're collecting I'm sure it's going in their pocket and not to the state of Georgia. To any parent out there do not let this company come to your child and perform any work and them expect one price and it turns out to be twice as much. I have been in sales most of my life and customer service is number one to me and going beyond making sure the customer is happy but for the company like this to take advantage of a young girl it's just mind-blowing. I can’t say WORSE things about this company and their employees. I got locked out of my home so I called them and they sent someone out very quickly which was great. When the technician arrived he was VERY quick to say he couldn’t fix the lock... of course! And wanted to charge over 350 dollars for a new lock. Once my boyfriend arrived and they began to talk he quickly was able to open the door but still wanted over 200 dollars. He then agreed on 120 dollars even though I called another company and they said this would have come to 75 dollars. The technician then said he would only take cash and had the audacity to yell and ask to take MY DEBIT CARD to the bank and take out money for me which is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard! This technician tried to completely rip me off and would have if my boyfriend wasn’t with me. Terrible, lazy, rip off artists at this company. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!

I was sent a locksmith that very obviously didn’t know what he was doing. He tried to charge me $130, then told him I got a quote from another company for $67 so he “called” (didn’t talk to anyone) his supervisor and said he can do it for $70. He tried to use an airjack to open the door and failed so he gave up and still tried to charge me a $30 service fee. I, at first, refused to pay it because he didn’t do anything at all, I was still locked out, then he hassled me and told me he was trying to help and he wasn’t leaving until I paid him. Just to get him to leave, I handed him my card and he started texting my card number in Arabic numerals to some random number where he had sent plenty of other card numbers as well and I took my card out of his hands because that was very unsettling to me. He asked me for cash and I refused to pay and I told him if I could talk to a supervisor on my own phone, I would give him my information to pay. He called his supervisor on his own phone, they talked in Arabic (said something about me and all Americans) and I got on the phone with the original number I called. Once I started to call, he grabbed his tool bag and ran to his car and sped of driving away. I finally got a hold on someone and they had a manager call me back. She insisted that I paid the service fee and I refused because he broke my door, made the situation worse, talked trash about me in a different language in front of me, and wasted my time and I was STILL locked out after 3 hours. She tried to offer me a 10% discount for “next time” and when I started to tell her how sketchy the situation was and that I would NEVER use them again and tear them apart all over social media, she hung up on me. The “manager” hung up on me. Absolutely disgusted with the “service” I received. Huge scamming company.
