I had 8 keys made, all of which were not copied well and require prolonged jiggling in the lock in order for the tumblers to line up and allow the key to turn.

The keys I purchased did NOT work in my home door lock, it when into the lock but would not turn...Could not fined my receipt to try to return them....Had to go to my local hardware to get one remade and had no problem with that one....

The concept is great not roaming around looking for an employee at the hardware store to make the keys. I made 2 house keys for 2 different locks from keys that work perfectly fine. Arriving home I excitedly tried key 1 👎👎👎 it was a fail. The door locks are keyed so the knob is the key as the deadbolt as is the 2nd door that the other key I made is. I made a video of me using the original key and it smoothly operates both locks. Then the new key which did not work in either lock. I then used the original key again. No problem. The second key of that trip worked at the other house without issue. A few days later I went into the hardware store and made another key to replace the faulty one. That one did not work either. I contacted customer service, the woman was great. I got credited for 2 faulty keys. 5 star customer service. 3 star for key cutting and time wasting plus time with customer service. I feel like there was no interest in trying to figure out what type of keys weren’t working and trying to get info to assess the machine used with that particular blank.
