اتصلت بـ Virgil's لتغيير إطار مثقوب. كنت خائفًا من أنني سأضطر للانتظار لساعات. أخبروني نصف ساعة، لكن الأمر استغرق حوالي 15 دقيقة فقط. اتصل بي روس عندما وصل إلى سيارتي. حاول أولاً ضخ الإطار، لكنه لم يحتفظ بالهواء. ثم وجد قطعة حادة من المعدن في الإطار. قال إنه إذا أردت، يمكنه سد الثقب وضخ الإطار، وهو ما بدا رائعًا. وضع سدادة وضخ الإطار في دقائق معدودة. شخص ودود للغاية ولطيف! سألني إذا كنت بحاجة إلى أي شيء آخر، ولم أكن بحاجة لذلك. لم يكن بإمكان روس أن يكون أكثر مساعدة! شخص رائع، كان من دواعي سروري مقابلته. شكرًا جزيلاً لروس وVirgil's! سأقوم بالتأكيد بالاتصال بهم مرة أخرى.

Ross was so prompt he beat me to where my car was! He was polite and answered all my questions about the battery that I had asked. The car does need a new battery and he made sure to ask if it could be delivered and installed in the morning as he didn’t have the battery I needed. That was no problem so all is good. He jump started the car but when he shut it off, it needed another jump. He checked battery and it was not good. Very satisfied with Ross today!

This review has been a long time coming, but I just have to post my experience with Virgil’s towing company. My family and I were passing through Austin on the freeway not too long after midnight on the day of Thanksgiving 2020 when a doe stopped in front of our car resulting in the whole front end of my Honda Pilot being smashed in. I had my 5 and 3 year old in the car with me and I was worried about being stranded with little ones but Ross came very promptly I mean within minutes and coordinated with AAA to take care of our car. Ross helped us with our baggage, took us to a nearby hotel, and even waited with us when there was no one at the front desk. This man went above and beyond my expectations and honestly he helped turn this very stressful situation into a much more manageable one. I would recommend Virgil’s Midtown Towing to ANYONE especially considering their choice of exceptional and professional employees. THANK YOU ROSS. And God bless you. :)
