I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

The keys arrived in a few days. They work, but only with some effort. There were burrs on both keys. Kind of sloppy work.

Great! Without the extra key cleanup there were some left over flash from the painted keys but not the brass keys. I would get the extra service next time. But some basic filing/clean up fixed it.

After I got a call and confirmation that a technician will show up at 9pm Waited for 2 hours for technician. Only in the end to be told he won’t be showing up. I called multiple times in between and just kept getting the he will reach out or we’ll call you back in ten minutes. When asked why didn’t they just tell me he wouldn’t be showing up. They said it’s not a priority. I would’ve loved the heads up so I can try some one else while it was still early enough. Super unprofessional!!!
