Great customer service! I contacted several locksmiths about making duplicate keys but no one seemed to have the key size I needed. Several of these locksmith needed a deposit in order to order the key. I contacted Prime Locksmith within several minutes he drove to meet me to make duplicate copies of the key. Upon arrival he realized he didn’t carry the type of key I needed duplicates of. The locksmith told me not to worry that he would contact his distributor to see if they carried the key. The next day he showed up to my house to make a copy of the key. I needed several copies he advise me to check if the key he made actually worked he said he didn’t want me to pay for several keys if they didn’t work. After verifying the key worked he showed up the following day to my house to make more duplicate keys. The locksmith was very professional and overall great!!

This company is wonderful and BEST price in Las Vegas. I have been trying to get a spare key for weeks and I have called over 20 companies. When he gave me the quote I was in shock so I made an appointment ASAP. He came to my house before my appointment.
