HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!!! I needed a spare key for my daughter's 2010 Honda and I noticed the kiosk in the Kroger store so based on the great reputation Kroger has I thought I'll give it a try. First of all it took my payment and didn't notify me that the key could not made at the kiosk. I received a message that someone would contact me. A text from the KeyMe concierge... TEXT from KeyMe 9/3 @6:53 Hi CT, this is Iysha from KeyMe. Thank you for emailing use your photos. In order to better serve you we will need your address, vin number and the best dates/times to service you. Thank you MY REPLY 9/3 @7pm Hello Iysha, Tomorrow before 10am or anytime after 330pm. Saturday before 1pm. TEXT from KeyMe 9/10 @10:07 am Hello, this is Sherley with KeyMe, I do apologize for the delay on your order, if you could please reply to this message it would be very helpful to us! If you could add for available appointment times ( Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ) and (1/2) SEVEN DAYS LATER!!! A local locksmith called me and asked if I needed a key made. During those five days I called KeyMe and the Customer Service kept routing my call to a "Dispatcher" who repeatedly informed me there was no record of my order. After repeated calls to the KeyMe concierge service, I was hung up on, my request to speak to a supervisor or manager was not acknowledged and they continued to route my call to the "Dispatcher". Luckily I used my AMEX for the $150 service and was able to have the charge removed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! I contacted the local Batteries Plus and the guys there were able to make me a key w/transponder for ONLY $68.00 !!! 👍👍👍

Loved this experience. I’m the kind of person who will ALWAYS pay a little extra money for the utmost convenience, and the KeyMe kiosk fit the bill. The key I made for my husband works great, and is a bottle opener to boot, and the whole ordeal took maybe 3 minutes total. Very satisfied and likely repeat customer!
