When you walk into this store, it's like you are walking back into the 1970's - time has stood still in this place. I have never seen a dirtier, grimier hardware store, but if you enjoy exploring like I do, it's worth a visit. If you don't mind getting your hands and possibly clothes dirty, you'll be intrigued by this place. I'm kind of surprised they are still in business considering there is a terrific Ace Hardware about half a mile away! Now you'd think with old merchandise, the prices would be fantastically cheap, but that's not the case. One can only surmise the price of many items has decreased over the years, given the price tags here. There's an original Polaroid Land Camera in the box for $59.95. You can pick these up at garage sales and ebay for barely anything. They have several old cassette players, but they aren't cheap - who would buy one for $39.95? I might if it was under $10.00. On the top of the display case, there's a 1970's AMF bike - this was never a good brand, and at $129.95, I doubt anyone will buy it. There are a handful of baby and toddler toys - all of which are covered in a layer of dirt - most are from the 1980's. And I also spotted quite a few curling irons - circa 1980's, but they weren't cheap. Hundreds of receipts, papers and ancient sales fliers are piled up towards the back. What else - rusty dog collars, a charmingly quaint tape display with great graphics. And believe it or not, there is actually some up-to-date merchandise.

TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.

The kiosk was very easy to use and the key worked perfectly.

Happy with my key. But the kiosk is deceiving, like others I’ve used before. The key is made right there and then. Wasn’t expecting to have to wait for shipping. The whole point is to get the key fast. I had already paid and was to late to back out. So still had to go elsewhere to get a key same day.

Seamless process from the kiosk to make new keys and shipping out in a timely manner. Great service all around!

Called because I got locked out of my house in a cold wind storm. They said a technician would call me in a few minutes. Called them after 20 mins, they said they would locate the technician and have them call me right back in a few minutes. Waited another 20 mins. Called them again, same response. Repeated this two more times. After well over an hour since the initial call they said, sorry we can't locate a locksmith near you, and just hung up on me. Had to call the fire department to get me into my house. KeyMe is terribly unprofessional.
