I thought the product was fine, but they seem to have raised the prices. I would have walked away, but I really needed the keys. With the corona virous I was not going to go somewhere else. I also had a code for a free key and it did not work

Wow....called them because I was locked out of my home. Took a very long time for anyone to call me back so I called a 2nd locksmith. I then called back to cancel, spoke to a technician, who said no problem, have a nice day. An hour later the company called back saying I owed them money for dispatching a locksmith....ah no.....

I used the kiosk inside the Safeway to make a copy of my house key and when I went back home to try it won't even work !! That's a $10 I will never see again
