Pat was extremely helpful. I could not believe the dealer wanted to charge me $200 for a new key, but I bought it online for $16 and Pat cut the shape for just $2. I programmed them myself (very easy) and I thought I was all done. Unfortunately, when you program a remote to unlock doors, it does not also program the ignition. I went back into the store to ask for help, and they looked up the info and told me exactly how to program the ignition for free. This place is great! They understand we all need help, and they are willing and able. I am very pleased and I will be bringing my future business back to them!
