I would rather through my money out the window going down the interstate before using these people charged me over $250 to make a key for a Chevy and Chevy them selves ended up charging me $60 tell me how that works.

I waited over two hours for someone to call me about an ETA. Nobody ever called and I called back twice. Ended up canceling and they wanted me to pay a $200 cancel fee when they were the ones in the wrong. I asked to speak to the manger whom was very rude. If I could give them less then one start I would.

I've driven past these guys a few times thinking "I'll never need it but good to know." Well I needed it. My wife and I got locked out of our house. I called Empire at 840 at night and Justin was at my house in 15 minutes. He verified I lived there and had me in in no time. Even made me an extra pair of keys. Thanks again!!

Empire Lock & Safe saved us today. The lock fell off our door and the building was not secure. Empire Lock & Safe came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job before we closed. Of course this gave us a sense of relief!

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!! The first time our dog locked us out of our vehicle, and Justin came to the rescue. He came quick and was just amazing overall. I 10/10 recommend Empire lock & safe. When you call, ask for Justin!!!

Just had an amazing experience here at Harrison's Lock Service. Went in to get a couple of keys duplicated and they were very friendly, professional, and punctual. The staff were very knowledgeable and I had no hesitation in trusting them to do the job for me, even though the keys I was getting cut were very expensive. If you are in the market for a safe, or need any lock services, I couldn't recommend them more!

Price on a key fob was not bad. They program it very nice people. If you need a key fob I would have them do it.

I call them last Friday between 11 an 12 the girl that took my call told me she could have a tech out to my truck in about an hour I told them I was at home she told me no problem the tech would unlock it and would call me and I would tell him where to put the keys the call never came by 415 so I started trying to call finally I finally reached someone by email and was supposed to meet me around 8 or 9 finally showed a little after 10 but 1 thing that they were spot on about getting my credit card info not impressed
