They wanted $265 just to drive out and reprogram 1 key for my 15yr old car. Nothing special just a regular key, not a keypad... I had precut keys and they wouldn’t reprogram them because they “had to use their own...” I might as well put down a payment on a new 2005 honda...

The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Was told off because I wasn't interested in a $30 travel fee plus 50-200 to unlock my car. The owner even called me and told me off about it so I got a better deal at different company.

I called to ask about the price to get my car unlocked. Whoever I talked to on the phone would not tell me and instead sent someone out to my address. The person who came to my address unlocked the car before going over the charge with me. I could have found a cheaper option but ended up overpaying by a long shot. Very dishonest and confusing.

Classic bait and switch. Called in and they said 20 dollar service fee and then it started at 35 to open door. Guy comes out and charges me 100 dollars plus 20 plus 8 for tax. Got in my car through prying the door which is probably what they do for most. Do not use!! Make sure you have them quote you a price before coming. That is what I will do next time. Felt like I was robbed.
