I foolishly locked my keys inside the house and my friend suggested Alex at Nova. I am glad I called. Alex answered quickly and stated 45 minute arrival time. He arrived before the estimate and called to keep me informed of arrival time. Alex was courteous and walked me through the process. He was also careful to check my ID. I was looking to have a replacement key made and reached out to Advanced County Locksmiths. I will end up getting it done at my dealer as I have other routine service that needs to get done, but my interaction and experience with Chris was fabulous. He was super responsive to my email and inquire and very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I am not able to do business here at this time, but would definitely follow back up and recommend them to friends!

After searching all over for a good place to do my radio i found this place! What is great is the customer service who squeezed me in last minute and made sure the job was done right. Tjey followed C19 protocols and the location is great ! Right next to a car wash and gas station.will come back!

I have been coming here for over 10 years! I got my system done in my 2010 altima a few months ago and they did they're thing! I always come here for tints on my cars! Customer service is superior 👌🏾 would recommend that you check them out! Ask for JIMMY great guy right there! I also go next door for my oil changes and they do it REAL GOOD! I definitely have to come by for my remote start before winter comes back 😂 thanks guys for your wonderful service 🖤
