Update 5/17/21 after having a problem with our lock three months ago he never did show up. The lock started acting up again I called Steve up again he was going to come out until he found out who I was then he told me he was unable to come and hung up on me. I called back from a different number asking why since the lock is still under warranty and he hung up on me again! Very unprofessional and very rude just there to steal your money and not follow through on his service calls They Installed a brand new door code lock in November cost a little over $2000. 7 weeks after it was installed it stopped working called them and told them the problem they said they would send someone out. It’s for a childcare center so it is very important that and we have working door. It’s been a month and I call them daily and they still have not showed up yet! The door lock has a three year warranty Worst company to do business with

We forgot the key to the downstairs of our beach house and he was here in 20 minutes. He was able to help us gain access and the price was way cheaper than when I used Pop a lock. I will use this company for now on!!! Love supporting smaller businesses and when they beat the competition in time and price, its a no brainer.

Less than a year ago when they came out to install new locks they tried to charge more than quoted, today I called because I cannot use my back door lock as it is loose and won’t open. I called them to repair and they want to charge me. I have been in my building for 6 years with no issues so it makes no sense in them not to keep there word on the warranty when I have never have had this issue before.
