Be careful of hidden fees, taxes, and charges with this company. Would not recommend due to rude and poor customer service from phone operator and technician. Completed job well done in 15 minutes to cut car key and program car key FOB. However, on the phone he said the cost would be $150.00 and I agreed to price. Did not mention service fee and other charges which came to total of $184.00. Became argumentative and rude when I asked technician to maintain agreed price. Also I had to tell him not to physically lean his body on my vehicle ( expensive luxury car) which surprised me and came off as disrespectful. Technician did not wear a face mask or shield of any kind during entire process and interaction.

The dispatcher refused to give a quote over the phone for an after hours vehicle lockout, claimed the tech had to give the estimate after arriving, but that it would cost $29 for the trip. After the tech gives the quote of $200 for a vehicle lockout service that he has probably done 1,000 times knowing exactly how much it will cost, and that takes literally 10 seconds to complete, the customer is faced with the decision to pay $29 for nothing or pay the $200 plus taxes and fees. They also charge $1.00 for the digital receipt, don’t tell you ahead of time, and still suggest you tip them.

I know I could have gotten keys made somewhere else, but it was easy to do at my local grocery store. The keys worked well. I had hoped it would be faster, but it was better than having to go somewhere else, park, wait, and therefore worth the cost and the 5 minutes to make 3 copies of one key.....by the way buy two and get one free!

I was pretty surprised to see that this Kiosk in my grocery store could easily duplicate my car key at a very reasonable rate. Easy to order and pay. Didn't take long to get the key in the mail.

This is me unlocking my car after the KeyMe tech tried to rip me off for $200 for a lockout service that took me 5 minutes. All I needed was a hanger.
