Outstanding company. They were able to take a worn key from old truck I just bought and recreate a new original key. Previously, my worn key only worked on the driver's door and ignition. My new key works in every lock. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Outstanding in every way. Highly recommended.

Best locksmith experience ever - so professional and friendly. They run a tight ship. We sent guests in our rental RV to American Lock and Key to have the coach door lock unjammed. In and out in ten minutes. Perfect.

Yeah they're good. Would've cost me 150 just in labor cost at the Honda dealership to make and program a copy of my factory key. Cost me 125 at American Lock and Key plus tax, for all labor and materials. I had to wait 3-5 business days but hey I had to at the dealership too.

I would not recommend this company to anybody! First of all the locksmith was unprofessional. He told me it would take him 20-25 minutes to arrive but didn’t arrive until 35 minutes and didn’t bother to keep me updated that he was going to be late. Second he didn’t even try to pick the lock he automatically took out his drill and said the only way to unlock the door is to drill it out. Mind you it was not a special type of lock. Third he tried to overprice me. Said it was $125 when he didn’t even attempt to pick the lock! I found a cheaper faster more professional locksmith to get the job done.
