Brooks seemed to be very rushed but he did a very thorough & clean job. I got my key in one day instead of waiting 15 days for the dealership & for a little cheaper. He stayed in touch with me and answered the phone every time & very quickly. I am thankful that he was able to do the job so I wasn’t stuck without a car in SC waiting for the dealership to get my keys done. I highly recommended him

Ordered a remote key replacement for my car - got an appointment and the key they showed up with was a dud from the factory (can't really blame them for that). They apologized and ordered another, came to my house and set it up. Reasonable price and great service.

Very POOR Service! When informed only made house calls, arranged for technician to arrive late afternoon. When technician 40 minutes late, called again. Informed by person that technician would not be coming, and could not say why I wasn't informed. Asked about future appointment, and they hung up on the call. Extremely poor. Definitely not worth contacting this service in the future!!

When I called they said they did not want the job the girl who answered the phone was very rude also when I asked for another locksmith she hung up the phone on me i will not recommend them to anyone bad service
