Really weird, they don't make copies of home keys (a really basic service). They kept pushing for sending someone out to rekey my lock, which I didn't need because my key works fine. I just wanted to make copies for my family. They don't have other locksmith associates either who can make copies.

Very POOR Service! When informed only made house calls, arranged for technician to arrive late afternoon. When technician 40 minutes late, called again. Informed by person that technician would not be coming, and could not say why I wasn't informed. Asked about future appointment, and they hung up on the call. Extremely poor. Definitely not worth contacting this service in the future!!

My husband and I had the hardest time finding someone who could copy our RV key, I was reluctant to try a computerized machine, but it worked! Also, it was very affordable and we got a second copy at a discounted price! So glad we discovered KeyMe!

Posting for my neighbor. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and way overpriced. After voicing concern for locksmith breaking door knob and door frame, locksmith proceeded to speak to his superiors via phone call in a different language right in front of me. After that, locksmith was attempting to double the price quoted and would only be replacing a door knob. Locksmith did not respect personal space and had a standoffish demeanor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
