Very POOR Service! When informed only made house calls, arranged for technician to arrive late afternoon. When technician 40 minutes late, called again. Informed by person that technician would not be coming, and could not say why I wasn't informed. Asked about future appointment, and they hung up on the call. Extremely poor. Definitely not worth contacting this service in the future!!

My husband and I had the hardest time finding someone who could copy our RV key, I was reluctant to try a computerized machine, but it worked! Also, it was very affordable and we got a second copy at a discounted price! So glad we discovered KeyMe!

I would not recommend this company to anybody! First of all the locksmith was unprofessional. He told me it would take him 20-25 minutes to arrive but didn’t arrive until 35 minutes and didn’t bother to keep me updated that he was going to be late. Second he didn’t even try to pick the lock he automatically took out his drill and said the only way to unlock the door is to drill it out. Mind you it was not a special type of lock. Third he tried to overprice me. Said it was $125 when he didn’t even attempt to pick the lock! I found a cheaper faster more professional locksmith to get the job done.

THIS IS A SCAM. WHILE THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING UNDER THEM AND PROVIDING "SERVICE", THERE IS NO REAL COMPANY PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE EVENT OF POOR WORK WITH NO RECOURSE. THEY INTENTIANALLY MISLEAD CONSUMERS TO THINK THEY ARE LOCAL. I ADVISE STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot recommend this business at all. My wife called to have a locksmith provide entry to a locked bedroom. The technician came and drilled out the doorknob, left metal shavings all over the floor, left the garbage doorknob on the porch, and refused to clean it when we asked. That was a $209 service for 20min of the technician's time. Had I understood what their service involved, I would have drilled the door myself. Upon further inquiry, the company refused to consider cleaning, partial refund, discuss our displeasure with the service, or put me in touch with a supervisor. Considering the receipt we have does not show a business address or have a business title (Locksmith Services) that matches KeyMe Locksmiths, or how everyone provides a different phone number (tech, supervisor, internet), I wonder about their legitimacy. Google shows a Del Rey Oaks address, but there is no correspondence of this address with their receipt or with the techs on the phone. If you need locksmith support, I highly recommend staying away from KeyMe Locksmiths. The above note is from my husband. I agree with what he wrote but wanted to add my concerns regarding safety. It's unacceptable to perform a job that results in metal shavings and a drilled out doorknob, left in place mind you, with protruding metal pieces exactly the height of a toddler. I ran out the door before the technician left and asked him to remove the doorknobs due to the safety concerns. He did end up doing it when I pressed, but wouldn't have otherwise. He only removed the knobs and placed on the porch, but refused any other cleaning of his mess. After he left, I used a toothbrush, broom, and vacuum to clean metal shards out of floor crevices and corners of the walls. I feel it's a safety liability to perform a job like this without proper cleanup. Edited note from Camille's husband after the "post" from KeyMe: I called the number provided. This is a scam company. They directed me to their "third party local" locksmith company. I spoke with two people at that number which did not appear to actually be local. Both of those technicians hung up when I asked for a supervisor, or for information about their business.

Key worked fine. I thought they were over priced.

Great. Smooth. A bit expensive (made 3 copies for about $18) but try finding a locksmith who is open on Sunday. I got my keys instantly by not asking for anything fancy
