All three keys worked well. Better than the ones I had made by a locksmith.

Needed a spare key, put my existing key in (teeth facing up) waited a short while (much faster than a Windows update) and my new key fell into the little bin. New key works fine! (The machine did insist I put my credit card in before I got the key. )

We live all the way out in Mill city Oregon. It's a good 40 miles or so from Salem. We called them up to try and help us since we don't have a local locksmith around here. It was no problem for them to send someone out to us. Triston arrived within an hour. He was so incredibly kind and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gentleman. Although he was unable to help us (the wrong key was put into our car and broke inside the ignition, we have a high-tech security lock that only dealerships can open.) He really gave it his all and tried for over an hour! He only charged us for the drive out here and gave us some referrals. Even though he couldn't help he left such a good impression on me that if in the future I ever need any kind of lock assistance they'll be the first company I call. Thank you J&L!

Jessie was amazing! Super sweet and kind! He helped me twice and did amazing work! My ignition lock cylinder was going bad, he fixed it for $350-450 the first time and they have a 90 day warranty, and exactly 90 days it went out again and he helped me again under warranty! They come to you and are available a lot! Thank you!
