BEWARE!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. The lock at our office stopped working Saturday, so when my husband left he couldn't lock the door. He called this company. The guy arrived, he was very polite, and he replaced the lock. Then proceeded to charge us $1100. No, that is not a typo. $1100 for a lock. The worst part is that the numbers he had written on the invoice did not add up to $1100. My husband told him he wasn't paying that and explained the numbers did not add up. Then he asked the tech to remove the lock. He would pay for the service call and labor for installing and removing the lock and that totaled $130. The tech said he couldn't do that and would have to call the office. The guy who answered was quite aggravated that my husband refused to pay $1100. He again explained the numbers written on the invoice did not total $1100. The exchange was heated. Do not call this company. If you do, make sure you know exactly what the charge will be before they do any work.

Would give them less than ZERO stars!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! Tried to use them. 1st call at 11:39 am, the tech called back and said 35 min, after 45 min, called back and told me 45 min, called after that45 and said another 55 min. Never called me back again. I had to call the answering service 9 times during a time span of 4 1/2 hrs. They kept saying they would have the tech call me back. TECH NEVER DID SHOW UP!!!! No one ever called back!!! They are so awful!!!!. If you're not coming, you should have the decency to say so!!! Not the way to do business!!! In this time frame we did get ahold of another locksmith that was awsome!!! He came and fixed it AND he got a tip too!! Imagine that, you do business the right way and people actually appreciate you!!!!

Called to get a quote on how much it will cost to fix the lock on my Step van. Guy was asking me what kind of lock it was. I don’t know what type of lock it is other than it takes a key and opens and locks the door handle to the van. Your the professional. Also kept asking me contradicting questions of what I was telling him. Asking to help me with a step van door, asked me if i needed to get in my house. Just a bad experience over the phone. Couldn’t give me a quote, told me a time he would be here and was real pushy about me making the appointment. When I rescheduled I was notified I needed to contact a different locksmith. No problem. No wonder why they have 2 stars.
