Excellent service. Was able to meet with him at another job site and he was flexible with scheduling. 2 new keys and a remote for my 2011 Suburban for $130. All other places I called said they couldn't program it because I only had 1 key and the Chevy dealership wanted way too much $$$. I will be calling them for all my future key needs.

We live all the way out in Mill city Oregon. It's a good 40 miles or so from Salem. We called them up to try and help us since we don't have a local locksmith around here. It was no problem for them to send someone out to us. Triston arrived within an hour. He was so incredibly kind and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gentleman. Although he was unable to help us (the wrong key was put into our car and broke inside the ignition, we have a high-tech security lock that only dealerships can open.) He really gave it his all and tried for over an hour! He only charged us for the drive out here and gave us some referrals. Even though he couldn't help he left such a good impression on me that if in the future I ever need any kind of lock assistance they'll be the first company I call. Thank you J&L!

Jessie was amazing! Super sweet and kind! He helped me twice and did amazing work! My ignition lock cylinder was going bad, he fixed it for $350-450 the first time and they have a 90 day warranty, and exactly 90 days it went out again and he helped me again under warranty! They come to you and are available a lot! Thank you!

Ordered online for store pickup due to not being able to ship Lithium batteries. The manager called immediately after placing the order to confirm that the item was correct, and it was ready to go with very helpful staff when went to pick it up. Very pleased with service at all levels.

I went in to get my phone battery replaced after it completely died on me. They explained all my options to me, helpfully walked me through the process of what they could do, and even gave me a great deal on the service. Needed a watch battery installed...Fred Meyer Jewelry dept said $20 if they could do it and I’d have to leave it with them for awhile so they could “figure it out” . I went to Bimart and they said $20 too, but couldn’t do it. Didn’t know Batteries Plus in Corvallis even existed til someone told me, but they did it in 5 min and it was going to be $13.99 , but I opted for the $20 lifetime replacement service...I don’t know if his name is Dennis...but the guy who changed my watch battery was super helpful and based on the other employee deftly juggling different customers I’m guessing the whole team there is pretty awesome...lots of different services too , like screen repair for phones etc...
