The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Was told off because I wasn't interested in a $30 travel fee plus 50-200 to unlock my car. The owner even called me and told me off about it so I got a better deal at different company.

Needed a hard to find key size. Easy to scan the key at the kiosk. They sent me a tracking number. Keys arrived on time and they work, which is more than I can say for the first attempt using a big box store. Thank you so much for making a much needed service!

A Locksmith is a person skilled in locks. This is a vending machine in a Smith's grocery store, and there is no person. Calling a Locksmith is fraudulent. Sont get me wrong, I am a techie so I dont mind tech solutions that solve a problem. Unfortunately, it couldn't make me a copy of my 2010 Toyota Yaris, which is a fairly common car. I already had a key that needed cut and there wasn't even a simple copy key option. I was not impressed.
